MILLIONS OF JOBS NOTIFICATION IN AMAZON
E-commerce giant Amazon is set to hire 100,000 new hires as online orders grow significantly. New employees will work part-time and full-time. Assist in packing and shipping. Amazon recorded record profits and earnings between April and June as consumers opted to buy essentials and other items online in the wake of the Corona crisis. The company, which hired 1,75,000 people earlier this year, announced last week that it would hire 33,000 people for corporate and tech jobs. The company has a shortage of employees at 100 new warehouses, package sorting centers, and other centers.
30,000 ECOM EXPRESS VACANCIES:-
Logistics firm Icom Express has said it will hire more than 30,000 customers in the wake of the festive season. The company is hiring employees for hubs and delivery centers. Cities like Vijayawada, Ahmedabad, Surat, Chandigarh, Indore, Patna, Lucknow, Kanpur, Bhopal, and Jaipur have 75 percent recruitment in the metro. The company said the appointments would be made by delivery people, Hub, Sorting Central Associates, to work in the warehouse. Icom Express has partnered with more than 2,000 e-commerce companies in the country for logistics services.
