KT aiming for serving robots across Mad for Garlic chain
The robots can reduce workers' work and scale back human to human contact, the public utility the same.
KT has launched a serving automaton for restaurants that it says can reduce workers' work and scale back human-to-human contact in light-weight of the COVID-19 pandemic, the corporate same on a weekday.
Called AI Serving automaton, it comes with 3D abstraction mapping and self-driving technology that enables it to avoid obstacles and go through tables freely and accurately, the public utility the same.
The automaton will carry four trays and deliver them to four completely different tables so as with only 1 input, KT said.
They will be deployed initially at a Mad for Garlic eating house, in hand by MFG Korea, in Gangnam, Seoul.
KT and MFG Korea can collaborate to launch a lot of the robots at a lot of Mad for Garlic restaurants in Asian nations going forward.
The try also will collaborate to analyze a lot of client eventualities wherever robots are wont to facilitate the wants of restaurants, KT said.
