 ATHER GRID VEHICLE CHARGING STATIONS 

The Center is promoting the manufacture of electric vehicles as part of reducing air pollution. Many companies have already started manufacturing electric vehicles. Leading electric scooter maker Ether Energy has announced plans to set up large-scale charging facilities in several cities. 

It has been revealed that it will be installed in 135 locations by the end of this year under the name 'Ather Grid'. ‘We are already making arrangements through Ather Grid in Bangalore and Chennai.

 

We consider infrastructure to be very important as we enter any market. We are ready to set up charging stations in nine other cities in the country, ”said Chief Business Officer Ravneet Singh Phokela. Ether Energy already has 37 charging stations in Bangalore and 13 in Chennai. Ravneet said the target was to set up about 6,500 charging stations by 2022.

Ether grid points can be used to charge vehicles such as bikes as well as cars. Ether Energy will launch its own electric scooter, the Ether 450X, in November.

 The company is preparing to set up charging stations soon. As part of the expansion. As part of the first phase, it plans to set up five to 10 charging points in each new city before delivery. 

The Ather Grid app provides information to electric motorists on which area charging point is available. Also displays other items for free, such as paid parking spaces and local time.
