 ORACLE DONE DEALS WITH TIK-TOK 

The TikTok ownership has decided to sell to the US-based Oracle, if not to Microsoft, as Trump wanted. Ownership is a key decision in the wake of President Donald Trump's deadline to sell their country's TIKTOK Toe to domestic companies as part of China's trade war. Microsoft recently announced that its efforts to acquire TIKTOK were in vain. Oracle, however, has yet to make a statement on the purchase of TikTok. This huge deal ahead of the US presidential election has become crucial to Trump.

ORACLE:- 

The Chinese company ByteDance has been torn apart by the ongoing trade wars between the countries of the psychiatric and popular video-sharing app TikTok Toe. President Trump has been moving pieces for some time, especially as part of the ongoing power struggle between the US and China, to tie Chinese TIKTOK to their domestic institutions anyway. Trump has been desperately trying to tie the knot with global IT giant Microsoft. ByteDance, however, seems to be preparing to sell TIKTOK to Oracle, not Microsoft. Thus, the Chinese company is preparing to indirectly forgive Trump's wish.

MICROSOFT VIEWS:- 

Microsoft announced on Sunday that its efforts to acquire TIKTOK had failed. It looks like Microsoft, which has been trying to capture TIKTOK for years with the help of Trump, has now given up.  Trump banned TIKTOK on the pretext of spying in the United States. He then moved pieces strategically to tie it to Microsoft. However, no matter how hard Trump tried, no matter how hard Microsoft tried, TIKTOK did not yield to them. TIKTOK is finally getting ready to join another software giant Oracle. An official statement is yet to be released.

SECRET DEAL:-

TIKTOK Toe seems to be moving pieces strategically in the face of intense pressure from US President Trump as well as Microsoft. None of them negotiated behind the scenes with Oracle without any information and reached a deal. As a result, the White House and others have no information on the matter. It is alleged that the ambassador provided the information to Hussein. Neither the White House, nor Oracle, nor TIKTOK Toe has yet made any official statement on this.

LIMITED TO AMERICA OR NOT...?

However, it is not yet clear whether Oracle will take TIKTOK to the US or take over India as well as other countries. Trade groups say it would be another sensation if Oracle could take over TIKTOK beyond the US. International companies are now looking at the deal with interest as to what that power will be for Oracle. However, any deal would have to be reviewed and approved by the Trump administration's foreign investment department. But Trump is likely to agree, as the US is committed to.

TRUMP WISH:-

TIKTOK currently has 100 million users in the United States, with a total of 700 million users. US President Trump has targeted TIKTOK in a bid to increase pressure on China. There was intense pressure to sell it to American companies. If TIKTOK could sell to Oracle in the US, if not to Microsoft, it would also be a Trump victory. This is going to be a victory for Trump as he prepares for the US presidential election. Trump's image is likely to be enhanced, especially in the trade war with China, which bends China's neck and buys a popular video app from that country with its domestic company. This is going to turn out to be positive, especially among American Indians who oppose China.
